In 2006, I decided to expand my knowledge of holistic healing modalities and graduated from Daytona Institute of Massage. Immediately after graduation I became licensed and practiced Massage Therapy in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. After accepting a Massage Therapist position at the Grove Park Inn, I relocated to the beautiful mountains of  Asheville, North Carolina in 2008 and became a Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist NC # 8235.

I have accumulated over 275 hrs of continuing education in 14 different modalities. I offer Swedish Massage/ Integrative Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, doTERRA AromaTouch Massage,  Hot Stone Massage, Himalayan Salt Stone Massage, and Lomi Lomi (Hawaiian style) Massage. I incorporate the skills and techniques I have studied into my treatments such as aromatherapy, reflexology, polarity therapy, Reiki, crystals, and flower essences.

My mission is to provide relaxing professional therapeutic massage customized to my client’s needs to promote healing of body, mind, and spirit. I am fortunate to be part of the healing collective at the historic Albert S. Weaver House in Weaverville and enjoy my beautiful and warm south facing room with fireplace. Swedish/ Integrative Massage: is a combination of specialized stokes with focus of flow towards the heart. Promotes deep relaxation and soothes sore or tired muscles. Pressure and focus is based on every individual client’s needs.

Deep Tissue Massage: is designed to affect the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue. Deep tissue massage uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish and the pressure will generally be more intense. Pressure and focus to specific areas will work to release chronic muscle tension or knots, also known as adhesions.

*NEW* doTERRA AromaTouch  Massage:  combines the therapeutic benefits of eight Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade essential oils with massage techniques to bring about whole body benefits. This treatment provides stress relief, immune support, inflammation reduction, and returns the body to homeostasis.

Hot Stone Massage:  uses basalt stones that are heated to a comfortable temperature for the client and placed on different parts of the body to warm the muscles. The stones are also used in the massage with long flowing strokes to melt away stress and tight muscles. It is incredibly deeply relaxing and warming. Great treatment to have in the winter months and a gift anyone is sure to love.

Himalayan Salt Stone Massage: is a calming euphoric massage using artisan hand carved Himalayan salt stones. The salt stones contain over 80 essential minerals and trace elements that deeply penetrate and warm muscles, alkalize, detoxify, and exfoliate the body.  They assist in alleviating aches and pains, reducing inflammation and leave you with an overall sense of purification and well-being.

Lomi Lomi Massage: is a Hawaiian style massage translates into long flowing strokes like a dance with loving hands and loving heart. With a blend of techniques that will feel like the elements in nature such as waves rolling over the body or rocks breaking up knotted muscles combined with deeply intuitive movements effecting the response of extremely deep relaxation that encompasses body, mind, and spirit.
